RESERVATION AGENT
If you would like to become a Reservation Agent for a American Limo Network and are a professional dispatcher with experience in the limousine industry, please review American Limo Network's Reservation Agent requirements below.
     Reservation Requirements:
  • 2 years experience in a customer service environment
  • Computer skills
  • Willingness and ability to pass random drug testing
     Reservation Agent Responsibilities:
  • Must be 18 Years or older
  • Knowledge of Streets and Locations 
  • Ability to read maps
  • Must be able to answer questions or refer questions for answer in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner and write appropriate notes or reports when needed to preserve information for which follow up may be required
  • Computer literate with the ability to track flights
  • Must be capable of sitting at phone station for extended periods and operate equipment used

ADMINISTRATIVE

DISPATCHER
If you would like to become a dispatcher for a American Limo Network and are a professional dispatcher with experience in the limousine industry, please review American Limo Network's dispatcher requirements below.
     Dispatcher Requirements:
  • 2 years experience dispatching livery vehicles and limousines professionally
  • Willingness and ability to pass random drug testing
     Dispatcher Responsibilities:
  • Appropriate attire
  • Knowledge of Streets and Locations in Dispatching Area's
  • Ability to read maps
  • Ability to schedule fares and dispatch accordingly
  • Computer literate with the ability to track flights
  • Time and project management skills

CHAUFFEUR
If you would like to become a chauffeur for American Limo Network and  are a professional chauffeur with experience driving livery sedans, towncars, SUVs, hybrids, limousines, or party buses, please review American Limo Network's chauffeur requirements below.
     Chauffeur Requirements:
  • 2 years experience driving professionally
  • Valid Illinois driver's license
  • Valid Chicago Chauffeurs License (Hard Card) Only Applies to drivers in IL
  • Valid CDL Class B for larger capacity stretch limousines and party buses*
  • Clean DMV for a minimum of 3 years
  • Willingness and ability to pass random drug testing
  • Willingness and ability to attend and pass driving safety classes
     Chauffeur Responsibilities:
  • Professional attire
    Black suit, black tie, white shirt 
  • Your own GPS (for select vehicles)
  • Car washes as needed
  • $1,000 deductible if responsible for vehicular damage
     Employee Benefits:
  • Pay is 70% of all bookings on livery services (Owner Operators) 
  • 100% of gratuity (client's discretion, unless otherwise noted; for example 20% may be automatically applied to limousine and party bus rentals)
  • Bi-monthly paychecks
  • Enjoyable work environment
